Cancellation Policy All packages are booked with a credit card or gift certificate/vouchers.
24 hour cancellation notice is required if you are unable to keep an appointment.

Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 24 hrs notice: package/service will be cancelled without charge
Less than 24 hrs notice: 50% of the package/service price will be charged
Failure to show: The entire package/service price will be charged or gift cert/vouchers will be voided.
